GET TO KNOW ME: [2/6] FAVORITE MOVIES → The Lion King (1994)
Oh yes, the past can hurt. But from the way I see it, you can either run from it, or learn from it.
Shrek / Breaking Bad Parallel. Truly both masterpieces.
i know it usually is meant to reflect a headcanon and/or the person who has the blog but it still should not be used as an url.
i am on the spectrum myself and i personally find it offensive. i know not everyone will see it this way but i see it as if the url owner is using autism as a prop or “character quirk!” for their character of choice. sorry but just because someone headcanons a (usually neurotypical) character as autistic doesn’t mean they can just add it to an url like it’s some little prop. that’s all it fucking is . a prop. i personally find those urls disgusting because ,to me, it comes off as if the blog owner is treating autism as a little addon to an existing character. autism is not a simple ;addon; its a disorder that affects many many many people and it deserves respect. adding it to a character in almost the same was as one would say “tall!sniper” (just an example) is demeaning and disrespectful and i will not stand for it.
sorry if i came off as somewhat abrasive but i understand why these urls exist but that does not mean i like or respect them. the headcanons are fine but . using it as an title is too far. sorry but that’s all i have to say on this matter.
autism is not some simple little addon to a url . it’s a fucking disorder that many people have. i fucking hate this disgusting little site
